I’ve been going here for threading for over two years and always buy the full face membership because they’ve done such a great job on my face! Unfortunately the last 3-4 times I’ve gone, there are different employees there and I’ve come out of the salon very disappointed. My face looks untouched. I’ve been patiently trying to stick with it because I’ve loved the service in the past, but I spent a lot on my membership and I’m missing those results I used to get. Planning to find another salon and super sad about it!

Face wax was done horribly … Seems like the owner doesn’t know how to do face wax on thick hair.. whole chin was burnt and is painful.. never ever had this kind of experience.. good with only doing eyebrows.. rest of the work , she is not at all trained.. please say no to customer if you do not know anything… Don’t do things just for the sake of doing it.. worst experience so far..

Best Brow was amazing to us as walk-in’s! I think an appointment may work better unless you have the day off but they were so understanding and skilled at what they do.. I highly suggest a 3 month membership, the unlimited services for the 3 months are super cost effective! Thanks for squeezing us in again!
