I originally wasn’t evening going to write a review until this feedback. I left a one star and no review, but here it is. I came and got a waxing job done awhile ago. You may not remember because it was just once, And never again. You were rude, and when I explained it was my 1st time waxing ever, you didn’t even take your time. Half the time I was there, you so busy on your phone. Pretty sure it wasn’t just clients since there was so much giggling going on. After I left, I called and left a message saying that you’ve missed spots, but never received a phone a call back to fix the problem. So yes, that is why it’s a one star review.

Been to Thelma 1 time for a Brazilian. She did a good job. Nothing special just did a good job. She was 10 min late. So for my 2nd appointment she completely forgot about my appointment. I had to text (5min after appt? her to ask her if she was coming. She didnt respond for 15min and when she did she said she had an appt at 2pm which wasnt with me. I responded and asked her what about my about. Another 10 minutes later she responded again and that she had an appointment at 2pm with somone else. I then responded..”ok so you forgot about my appointment im leaving” she than calls me 28 min after my appointment time. By this time Im not interested. Others have posted that she has done this to them and I will not bother with this type of unprofessional behavior when I could to Paradise Spa, Lunchbox, or European Wax. I feel she’s either racist or just extremely unprofessional.
