Fefe is not only very nice but she is true to her word. Which means a lot to me in people. She has excellent customer service she makes you feel welcome and also treats you as if your a friend she is super friendly which is great. I went today for another visit and will continue to go to her she also is great at fitting you in her schedule last minute both times I’ve went to her I asked for a same day appointment and Fefe has always put me on the same day schedule you don’t see that and I love that she is also a great communicator and even walked next door with me to the beauty supply to make sure I had the right hair to use I really appreciate that no one has ever done that for me. She went over and beyond for that. She is also a fast braider very neat braider and she doesn’t pull your scalp very gentle. Fefe is the best! Also great at payment choices also saves me from having to go to the bank:) which is a PLUS!! Thank you Fefe I am a forever customer looking forward to seeing you grow even more glad I came across your salon thanks to Google lol 🙂 see you soon:)

When I got my hair braided here earlier in the year I noticed that they used this product that was in a spray bottle, and it left black spots all over my clothes. Also when I took my hair down there was black left on my hands and the person that was taking them down with me.

She also listens to feedback and asks, I always ask for loser braiding around the edges and I can leave with a beautiful new style without the pain I’ve experienced with other braiders.
