I take back my good review. When I first got my Senegalese twist done they were tight. But umm I got my hair done a week and a half ago and my whole front row twist are really loose now. And 3 twist have fallen out of random spots in my head with hair still on the fallen out twist. And I had to take down 2 because it was about to fall out soon. I’m not sure if they rushed. But I don’t think it’s normal for my front row and back row to be loose this early. I paid 240$ for this style so nothing should be falling out of my head with that price.

Well I read the reviews before I went but was hoping for the best. They definitely put too many braids in ( medium box braids). A total of 3 people worked on my head at some point and you can see the difference. BUT I watched a woman come in after me and claim that she had just had surgery and couldn’t sit long. Not only did they put two people on her the entire time, they also did a great job. IF I go back I’m going with a pillow and a story.

I was spektical about going to them for crochet braids, I guess I should’ve followed my initial instinct, so here we go…braids were not tight enough and when she crochet the hair in, she didn’t double knot it so it was a concern to me. Therefore, once I styled the hair crochet braids were coming out that day. I called and told the owner, she act as if I said nothing. Moving to two weeks later, I had to completely take it down, braids were hanging from my head. I went back to the shop,me and the girl were face to face and I explained the issue, once again, act like I said nothing. I was going to give them a second chance and possibly get goddess locs but after horrible customer service, I just left.

I called for a price and was told 180 over the phone for a bob. Upon arriving on March 13, 2018, I showed them a picture. I was then yold I would have to pay 220 for smaller braids. My braids were not small and didn’t look anything like the picture I showed them. Two days later, my big heavy braids start coming out from the scalp. I texted pictures with no response, so I went back. I was told to take my hair down to get it rebraided. I informed them that I just wanted my money back because I had lost braids from the scalp, which left bald spots. There response was no, do what I have to do. I took my hair down 8 days later and filed a case against them in court. The service is poor and even witg a picture, they do what they want to people hair. They use the same comb in every one hair, and allow people to come there with dirty hair. I wouldn’t recommend unless you are prepared to be mad, disrespected, and disappointed.

First time ever going. Started on me an hour after my apt time. Started and stopped several times. Took 9 hours to get done. Had 3 people on my head at once; which was fine but one of the ladies was very heavy handed and I had to keep telling her not to braid so tight.They were nice ladies, but never offered a break or a drink considering I drove an hour and a half. There is no restroom in the shop, you have to use the one located in the mall.Its not a far far walk, but when u gotta go, u gotta go! I have short hair and they got most of it, but some hair in the back which was very grabable was very loose the next day and the very back edges kept falling out. They never did talk to me. Only when selecting hair color and when asked to pay. Overall experience wasn’t that great. They are convenient and located in a good area. Would I go again if I had to? Probably so. Would they be my first choice? Probably not.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews on here, I went yesterday they gave me exactly what I wanted and my braids are beautiful. They were free spirited and nice we laughed a lot. I will be coming back every time. I have posted pictures of my braids too.

I been getting my hair braided here for about two years and i love it!!! Whatever style i want they can do it never waiting to be served Very friendly. They do a great job i wil never go anywhere else. My daughter hate getting her hair braided but they did a great job with her and she didn’t cry. Everytime i get my hair braided i have so many people ask me “where did you get your hair done ” ? I just say best African hair braiding in the mills lol. Will be coming some for some box braids lol.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! Don’t waste your time here. First they didn’t remember booking my appointment, then they increased the price from what they quoted me even when I showed them the Facebook message they sent me with the price they still wanted to charge me more. They were very rude and unwelcoming, I would never consider going back there no matter how desperate I am. And now I have to find someone else to do my hair….ugh
