Best African Braiding

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got some Senegalese twists done, paid $250. Few weeks later paid $100 to get my hair touched up. The lady that did my touch up was horrible at doing the twists. My twists were small and long, when I got the edges redone they was twice the size of my original twists. The twists were so big they just slid right out my head. Needless to say I called several times to go back and get them redone they were always too busy and/or read my messages and not reply. I was told they would be at the shop at 2 on Sunday to redoMy hair. Nobody answered the phone. I was asked to take the braider home and I did being nice. NEVER AGAIN! I got some Senegalese twists done, paid $250. Few weeks later paid $100 to get my hair touched up. The lady that did my touch up was horrible at doing the twists. Critical: Professionalism, QualityScheduled an appointment to have my hair braided with the owner and the day of my appointment the lady told me that she would not be able to braid my hair bc she couldn’t stand up any longer. Why make an appointment for that time if you can’t complete the job?

Critical: Cleanliness, PunctualityNever going back. Sat in the chair 6 hours straight. 5pm-11pm and had to come back twice because people was ahead of me. After the girl got finish with my hair, she have the audacity to get in my car without asking. Smh.. what type of business is that riding home when a stranger/client. My first and last time going there.

Critical: ProfessionalismThey unprofessional stood me up and I had to drive 30 minutes. I scheduled a appointment week ago with them. She called me 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there to tell me that her sister is tied because she did a extra head last night.
