After doing some research about the different facial spas in Singapore on google and social media pages such as Instagram and TikTok, I decided to try out My Cozy Room as they appear to be one of the Best Facial Places in Singapore. This is my first ever facial experience and My Cozy Room certainly did not let me down. I started off with a consult session, where the facial consultant analyses my skin and she was friendly and patient when explaining my skin condition and the different facial treatments needed for my skin. Then I moved on to do the BeKind’s Signature Facial and the facial therapist was really informative. Every step she took during the facial treatment, she will explain to me what is it for which gave me more confidence in My Cozy Room, as I was informed of what is happening and at the same time, able to learn more about my skin. The facial treatment is pampering and relaxing, and I did not find the extraction process to be painful because the therapist was really gentle. She also checks on me frequently to ensure that I can tolerate the pain level. They also did a shoulder massage for me, which was the cherry on top of my entire facial experience, as it is so comfortable for workaholics like me who sits down in front of a computer for long hours. My skin overall feels much more nourished and rejuvenated and my inflamed skin has seen significant results in reducing the redness as well.

I decided to try out My Cozy Room as they seemed to be one of the Best Facial Places in Singapore. It is now my fifth session with them. Throughout my entire package with them, all of my facial therapists have been patient, friendly and informative. The facial treatment is relaxing, and I find the extraction process manageable as the therapists were really gentle. She also checks on me frequently and provides me sufficient “warning” if the extraction process is going to hurt a little more. My skin showed significant improvement afterwards.

The extraction process is thorough and the therapists (very approachable and friendly) try their best to be as gentle as possible. I’ve been visiting them for a few months now, since I heard quite a bit about their facial. Extractions are done thoroughly and cleanly. My skin after the facial is smooth and clear. Also, my skin seems to have improved compared to before, which is really great. I have sensitive but acne prone skin but I never have any flare ups or reactions to any of their products. Would definitely recommend.

It was my first time trying facials and the experience has been great thus far. The staff here are really friendly and attentive to your needs. They have also been very open with the products they are using and explained their benefits. The sessions are also 2 hours long which is very comforting and it’s a nice way to relax after work. The facials itself do work and improvements can be seen within a few visits.
