Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityThis used to be my go to nail place. I stopped going about 3 yrs ago because I wasn’t happy with the service. I decided to give it another chance recently but after getting my pedi done twice since then, I’m not going back ever. The place isn’t clean at all! And forget about the staff wearing their masks properly; the owner even keeps lowering her mask when taking to customers. Their pedicure is so rushed! They don’t even do the massage anymore! First time I thought that maybe it was a mistake but on my second visit, I didn’t get the leg massage either. I think I was done in 20 min! The manicurist did a decent job painting my toenails but I didn’t get the other services that used to come with pedicures. Not going back.This used to be my go to nail place. This used to be my go to nail place. I stopped going about 3 yrs ago because I wasn’t happy with the service. I decided to give it another chance recently but after getting my pedi done twice since then, I’m not going back ever. The place isn’t clean at all! The girl did an absolute terrible job. The boss had to come over and fix it. Scraped my gel off sooo rough. Left my nails super thin. And then the worse polish job I have ever had. Massage at the end and the woman was ridiculously rough. Never again. 30$ and I left irritated and annoyed.

I had an appointment and came 10 minutes early. When I walked in they said I would still have to wait about 30 minutes before sitting down. Luckily I convinced the girl to take my gel off in the meantime but I still remained with my hands in foil for 25 minutes.

Super friendly and nice. Very patient and attentive. It’s a rare to see that now-a-days. Michelle did a great job with the waxing and I was very satisfied that she did the job right meticulously. I definitely would recommend the salon and her. I was pleased with the hospitality.

The technician did a great job on my nails however the owner or manager embarrassed me in front of the whole store because my tip wasn’t good enough. First, there are signs all over saying you can’t tip on card. I only had $5 cash on me and already felt bad for not having more so when I went to tip my technician, the owner or manager gave it back and said that the technician spent a long time on my nails and deserved more… as good as the nail job was I won’t be going back after that encounter

I will NEVER return to this place again. They require tip to be given in cash and after having given my tip to the lady that took care of my mom and I, the manager has the audacity to walk over and embarrass us by telling us that we did not tip enough for the work that the lady did. When you work for tips, you take what you get. I always tip 15%-18% of my total (dependent on how good the service was) and even then, she stated I needed to give more. I have never been embarrassed like this anywhere.. much less at a nail salon.

Needless to say, i will not be coming back to this place. the owner is insanely rude to customers, yelling all over the place and not allowing her staff to give the best mani pedi that should be given for the price paid. She instructs them to do the minimal work/rushed job and forces a tip. I do not tip because i am told to do so. i tip based on the service i was given. I even brought my own color, base and top coat but the nail lady was literally using the minimum amount of polish she could as if it was their own. there is a reason i brought it with me. Rushed job and it was friday at 12pm. no one was there. did not even scrub my foot for 10 seconds. when i asked her is that it, the owner intruded and said you have to pay more for better quality scrub. lack of attention to detail on cleaning and painting as well as lack of etiquette.
