The owner Taylor took the time to ask what I was looking to have done before I made an appointment, and recommended me to see Marisol for my haircut.. and she did not disappoint! She took time at the beginning to ask what I wanted to do with my hair, and explained things every step of the way. She truly cared about what I was saying and made me feel like a brand new person once she was done! Sandy at the front always greets you with a smile and a joke, and makes you feel right at home. Hannah was also so helpful, and so sweet! The salon is clean, beautiful, and has such a cozy feel to it. The shampooing chairs are so comfy too! I had an amazing experience at this salon! The owner Taylor took the time to ask what I was looking to have done before I made an appointment, and recommended me to see Marisol for my haircut.. and she did not disappoint! She took time at the beginning to ask what I wanted to do with my hair, and explained things every step of the way. I’ve never been to a salon where I could show them a picture (or several) and tell them what I had in mind and it come out exactly how I wanted it, if not better. I first went in June and Becky gave me a gorgeous natural summery look. I came back in October for a touch up, and I secretly wanted it to be a little bit more coppery and warm for fall, and by happenstance Becky asked me if I wanted to do anything different, like making it warmer. I absolutely love how my hair looks, it’s warm and coppery! I absolutely love going here. I’ve never been to a salon where I could show them a picture (or several) and tell them what I had in mind and it come out exactly how I wanted it, if not better. I first went in June and Becky gave me a gorgeous natural summery look. I was on a search for a new salon closer to home with a stylist well-experienced with cutting naturally curly hair (which is hard to find). I am so happy to have found Marisol at Bespoke Beauty Loft! Marisol did such a fantastic job with my much-needed haircut, that I returned 2 weeks later to get my “COVID at-home hair color” updated to a beautiful, brighter Copper-Golden color. Taylor is amazing! She dyed my natural brown hair to a deep cherry red last year, and just recently added some brown lowlights in the red to give it a more natural look. I love my painted hair! She always listens to what I ask for and delivers every time. She and her entire team genuinely care about their clients. The salon is also always clean, and all of the team members are so nice. She is extremely talented in all aspects of hair care. I had multi-dimensional color with highlights and an amazing cut and style. My husband loves my hair and mentioned again this morning how much he likes it, which is a biggie compliment! I will be going to Marisol from now on! The girls all wore masks, and the salon was spotless. Everything is sanitized before and after my appointment. I had my first appointment in the new salon. I was so impressed on the measures that the team went to, to insure my safety, and their safety. My salon experience was truly wonderful; from the beautiful decor, the refreshments offered, the AMAZING shampoo bowl (believe me, it’s life changing), to feeling beautiful with fresh highlights. I have seen Bespoke Beauty Loft several times during my trips to trade clothes at Plato’s Closet (next door). So, yesterday I traded some clothes and decided I was ready to chop off all the dead on my hair. So, I went online and did some research of the salon- their reviews, website, and Instagram. All of which are very professional and tastefully done. The reviews speak for themselves and I see why, as I am also writing one.The salon is VERY clean and tastefully decorated. The front desk was immediately welcoming and polite. Everyone looked professional and happy to be there. The stylists conversed and laughed amongst one another, but not obnoxiously. It was just an environment where you could tell everyone got along and enjoyed working there.I got my hair cut by Becky and she was so sweet and patient. She consulted with me BEFORE getting me washed and really took the time to understand what kind of cut I was going for. (Side note: Shampoo bowls are very comfortable and not awkward). Becky also had thorough communication throughout the entire cut- explaining her plan of action of executing the cut, asking how I liked the length during. Do you want more cut off? Expressing she was happy to do so if I wanted. There was absolutely NO rushing!I also had to have my 2 year old w/me & the entire staff could not have been more accommodating and understanding. Everyone was wearing masks and everyone socially distanced themselves for health precautions.I have not had my hair cut short in about 15 years and I honestly don’t believe I have been this happy with a haircut/hairstyle in YEARS! I keep looking at my husband randomly saying, “I really like my haircut, don’t you?!” He’s like, “Yes babe- it looks great. One daughter had damaged hair from coloring & the other daughter has thin hair which was broken & frayed. Marisol worked with them on how to take care of their hair. The cuts & color were perfect.
