I got a microneedling session done here and I had an abolsutely wonderful experience. I was very nervous about the procedure and they allowed my best friend to be in the room with me to hold my hand. Not to mention the procedure itself was phenomenal and made such a difference in my skin. I plan to go back soon for another session.

My husband bought me a gift certificate and I decided to get a pedicure. On my way to Berywood, I get a call saying I would have to wait 10 minutes and that was fine. I get there and waited a little over 30 minutes. I used the bathroom while I was there but it had no toilet paper. When asked for toilet paper, I was given the roll to put it in the bathroom. I get called into the room and the girl just asked me what colors I wanted (never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted since there were several) and started working on me. She never looked at me, never said a word the whole time I was there (besides answering a few questions I had) and spent several minutes on her phone (texting, facebook?) in the middle of my pedicure. When she was done, she just walked out of the room and was processing payment while I was trying to get out of the chair without messing up my feet. I was so disappointed with my “spa” experience. I feel I could have gone to the Chinese place at the mall and feel like I got my money’s worth
