I called to make a appointment and she says yes to everything then started yelling at me that I have to tell the lady doing my hair what I want. Over the phone I thought we discussed and covered everything. Then I asked the second time to another lady about the acrylic nails because there was a sign in Spanish that they do it and she said no; I said what about that sign that says you do, and she ignored me with a attitude in her face. The communication was off about the acrylic nails, the hair style I wanted. They said yea we can do it then there is a problem when I try to do it. Talking about me, complaining and attitudes. By the way I couldn’t have a full conversation with the lady and tell her because the language barrier, I’m practicing Spanish but they talk too fast I understood quick things. Not long conversations in Spanish.

Hands down best salon I’ve been to. I have very long thick hair and they were amazing and did not complain or charge extra for my amount of hair. They also take the time to make sure every style is beautiful and will last. They use products to protect and keep your hair healthy.

This salon is Amazing!! I took a chance by coming here and we’ll was it worth it !!!! They are so sweet and kind and make you feel family from the second you walk in. I have thin damage hair and they are giving my hair love and bringing it back to life! They are using this wonderful product designed from noah! I wish I discovered this place a long time ago. This salon is a true haven for me, and one day a week I always look forward to getting my wash and set done. The staff is very friendly and they always make me comfortable and welcomed. Not only is the staff wonderful, they are very knowledgeable about hair care. I have been blonde for 10 months now, and before I went to Araceli’s, I went to another salon to get my hair colored, but I was ripped off and the coloring just wasnt what I wanted. After going to Araceli’s for about a month, I noticed a significant difference and improvement in my hair. It was getting thicker and healthier than it has ever been in years. A weekly salon visit does really go a long way and you’ll definitely will leave there feeling like a million bucks. I LOVE ARACELI’S!!!!!
