First of all, her customer service skills suck, I asked for a hair cut and color, she cut so much of it and kept saying my hair was so dead, and it was the only way she could fix it. She only did the roots and I asked for the whole head to be dyed, she did what she wanted, and she charged me so much. I thought she was going to be so good, but she didn’t even try to even have a small conversation. Her vibe is so heavy and she is not friendly at all. You will have the worst experience ever.

I was a walk-in, they were friendly and attended to me right away. Javier took really good care of me, I got a clean hair cut and a shave. His attention to detail and professionalism is impeccable, Javier is a master of his craft. On a random Thrusday he gave me the 5 star treatment. I would definitely recommend Bertha’s Hair Designer.

I took my whole family to Bertha for the first time. Javier did an amazing job with my son’s hair. He is a hair genius! Bertha did my hair and my 12 year old daughter’s trim. It was so worth it. My very picky daughter was super excited with her hair, my son’s haircut was as if taken from the fashion magazine. My picky husband had a haircut after we came back home. We are all very happy. Highly recommended! Very friendly atmosphere as well!
