Mary was so sweet and kind, and she made my whole waxing experience so comfortable. I was nervous about this process, and she made sure that I was well taken care of. She was so patient with me and knowledgeable about all of my questions and concerns. The salon was so clean and very well decorated. The space was very inviting. We had a great time getting to know each other and it made the experience less stressful. I will definitely recommend this salon to anyone, especially first timers like myself. As a first time client to waxing, Berry Fresh Sugar was the best salon to go to. Mary was so sweet and kind, and she made my whole waxing experience so comfortable. I was nervous about this process, and she made sure that I was well taken care of. She was so patient with me and knowledgeable about all of my questions and concerns. I felt totally safe and comfortable. She wore a mask the whole time, which I appreciated. Mary was super friendly, patient, kind, and talked me through the whole process during my sugar wax removal. I was also grateful for the great parking that is at this location. The prices are super affordable and the quality of hair removal is superb!! The owner waxed me with hot wax, she also specializes in sugaring which I’ll book next time. She’s extremely sweet and personable. This is the best waxing experience I’ve ever had, the pricing is definitely reasonable and the customer service I received was outstanding. I can’t wait to see this business grow! I’m pregnant and due later this year, the owner made awesome recommendations to help take care of my skin and my body since everything is changing all at once. My boyfriend and I moved to Hiram a few months ago and I wanted to find a new wax/hair removal salon…this is the ONE!!! The owner waxed me with hot wax, she also specializes in sugaring which I’ll book next time. She’s extremely sweet and personable.
