Critical: ProfessionalismI looked around on google to book a hair trim after not having one for a long time… its been nerve wracking to think about having it cut after so many years. I saw this salon and called to ask about getting a hair trim. Lady who answered was off the bat rude over the phone— “So…. Do you want a hair CUT or a hair TRIM? There’s a difference…”… I told her it’s been awhile and I wanted the damage hair assessed and trimmed off. The woman on the phone gave off bad, rude energy and acted like I was wasting her time. It was enough for me to not come in for the appointment the next day— to which the same women called me the next morning (20 mins after said appointment time). Didn’t know what to tell her other than sorry, not going to be there and she then hung up on me. Honestly, thank god I didn’t trust that particular hairdresser with doing my trim and have been happy going elsewhere as I was treated with empathy from the start.
