Clerks are disorganized and disinterested. The office will not send appointment reminders and everything runs on loose papers which appear to be misplaced constantly. I look forward to the days when these businesses no longer exist. After a 90 minute wait the Doctor was pleasant, for the two minutes he saw me.

When I visited the office, the Dr. was really good. We had received some notices about a billing issue, and evidently phone calls (never with a message left). Then I receive a certified nasty gram because the bill wasn’t taken care of on their timeline. The bill had been paid the day before I received the notice firing my family from the practice, and being told we would have to submit a request to come back. I tried to explain why the bill has gone unpaid, however the staff member I spoke with was more interested in being right then being fair. Needless to say we will not be returning, and will gladly find a new workable practice! I would not recommend dealing with them!

I was very concerned about scaring on my face and am absolutely blown away by the fantastic job they did! You can’t even see where the incision’s were! And they said that they even tightened up my skin a little. Best of all I’m cancer free! Everyone was professional and nice. Dr. Bernstein is hands on and thorough.

I am really phobic about this but Cynthia and the rest of the crew went well out of their way to listen to my concerns, try to meet them to my satisfaction, and make it as easy an experience as possible. Fantastic dermatologists. Dr. Robinson took one look at me and immediately called what I had and what had caused it, he was right on both counts. Before then, I’d never had anyone able to figure it out, guessing with common problems like psoriasis instead. Just used his PA Katie Hodges the other day and she was incredible as well. The staff are super helpful and kind as well (especially if you’re a needle weeny like me and getting mole removals). Highly recommend!

Dr. Bernstein is the BEST dermatologist I have ever been to. He is caring, kind, an excellent doctor. Would not think of going anywhere else. The office people and nurses are great as well.

I was never informed prior to appointment that I needed an ID for my minor son, just insurance card and my ID. The front staff was rude about this and I told her when making the appointment I was not made aware nor during the reminder to confirm appointment. Luckily, I don’t live far and had arrived early that I could go grab his state ID which is not something he carries to school (I picked him up during school hours for this appointment). Anyway, the PA spent all of 3 minutes with him, seem to be in a rush and didn’t do a thorough exam. I was on the verge of asking a question when the PA said, “I’ll see you in a month for a follow up” and walked out the room. Needless to say there was no follow up made for that office!
