Customer service was a little rough recently with new employees. Owners are working hard to accommodate patrons. Liz is extremely helpful and makes the effort to remedy issues. Will continue to give Bermuda Bronze in New Bedford the benefit of the doubt from a normally great experience.

Love this place! Beds and stand-ups are extremely clean and bulbs are changed regularly. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Hours are very convenient. Also tried the spray tan and had a great experience. Super easy and long lasting, if cared for properly.

AWESOME PLACE! VERY clean and friendly staff. Love coming here I feel comfortable and not like I don’t belong! Best tanning place beats all the other crappy ones in new bedford.
