A wonderful first time visit. My appointment is on a Saturday. To have that option for people is so very very nice and accommodating. A big big plus in awesome service. Checked in early. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very short waiting time to get called back to exam room. Dr. Chiang came in shortly after that. What a wonderful, friendly, polite doctor he is. I arrived late because I didn’t know the layout of streets in Pleasanton. Nevertheless the staff was very courteous and Dr Kelley saw me immediately. Everyone was friendly and focused on the task at hand. The Mohs surgery was completed in less than 5 minutes, there was a short wait as the tissue removed during surgery was examined under a microscope, and then Dr Kelley returned to tell me the margins were clean and I could go home. Altogether a great experience with a highly skilled professional team. I can recommend them without any reservations. But if you don’t know Pleasanton be sure to ask for detailed directions and write down all the steps. And allow some extra travel time in case you get lost !
