Brittany listened and gave me exactly what I wanted, which seems simple enough but is actually a struggle when going to a new stylist. She made sure I didn’t leave til I was totally happy with the cut. She’s very warm and friendly. So was Cassidy at the front desk. I found this place on Google by chance and I would definitely go back. The aesthetic of the whole place is chic and relaxing.

Love this place! Met some regulars and can definitely see why they are! My massage and facial were so relaxing! There’s a nice stream room and relaxing area. Love the comfy robes and the slip on sandals. A must for anyone thinking of a spa trip!

I have had several massages here and usually so pleased. I opted for a more senior staff member and paid a little extra. I purchased a relaxation massage and was never asked how the pressure was and I am honestly not one to be vocal. She tried to talk quite a bit at the beginning so I didn’t want to get her started again. Decided to rough it out and after 6 months of rescheduled appointments due to snow and me giving birth I was pumped for this but unfortunately am so hurt I can’t even let my husband touch my back at all. I ended up more stressed than before. I usually give this place high recommendations but unfortunately was really dissatisfied this time.

I got a Prenatal massage with Marissa. I had been having severe pain in my hips due to hip separation. I felt a difference immediately after my massage I haven’t had any hip pain since my massage. Marissa was very sweet, professional, informative and you can really tell she loves what she does. The atmosphere was very calming and everything was neat and tidy. I highly recommend checking out Berkshire Salon and Day Spa AND HIGHLY recommend seeing Marissa!
