Absolutely the best experience ever. This was my personal second time going and my moms first. The staff is so kind and friendly plus the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. We each got facials and our ladies were amazing at explaining each product and made us feel so comfortable. I had Haile and she was so fun to chat with and used/recommended products that felt wonderful on my skin. We each left feeling refreshed and happy! We will definitely be back!!

I have had multiple massages and this one was one of the best if not the very best I’ve ever had! The bed was nice and warm. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and she made me feel very comfortable! She listened to my concerns and spent plenty of time on the area I carry stress in. The greeting was also great! Everyone was nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend!

Brittany did an amazing job! She is very attentive to what you need and very sweet! Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience for a massage. The facility is very nice and clean. All the staff were very polite and sweet as well!

I have worked in and managed a salon and spa and have had my share of massages by various therapists. I have also had my share of massages around town visiting different spas. So when I say that Tori is the absolute BEST massage therapist I have ever had you can trust me. I told her my concerns, what I wanted my experience to be (relaxing but wanting to leave in less pain) and this magical woman had me there effortlessly. You can tell she absolutely cares about her guests (she has a very healing energy and massage style) and I will no longer be going to anyone else for my massages.

Employees were all kind and helpful. My experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. Massage was wonderful and facial was as well. Only suggestion is maybe a little dimmer lighting for the facial room for an even more relaxing setting but that’s just my preference. Over all a great experience!

My first time here, but will not be my last. Esthetician and massage therapist I had were both amazing and was a much needed evening of relaxation. My only complaint was that I’d tried a couple times to get the Retreat Spa package scheduled, but times I was looking for were already booked out well in advance.
