The quality of the services saves this review. Clean facility and always a great job of services, however appointment times are not honored. I’ve been coming here for a while and I can only count a few times I was seen at my appointment time. Usually can wait up to 30 mins or more AFTER your appointment time. Not the place to go if you’re in a time crunch.

My first visit to Berkley Nail Lounge was wonderful. Elly was my nail tech, she was so patient and helpful – I rarely get my nails done. She did such a lovely job on my Christmas nails, including a little free-hand artwork with snowflakes and stars, it was just what I wanted!

Very friendly staff. I am always able to get right in for appointments when I call to schedule. Very clean and sanitary. One of my best sets of nails. Also love the designs! Reasonably priced.

For a while, I had a favorite tech but then she disappeared and no one told me what happened. I haven’t been able to get my nails done the same way but they’re still a good place to go and they have great options and reasonably prices for the area. Staff is very welcoming and while some are more experienced than others, they do a solid job. I don’t like when I make appointments and have to wait a half hour though, which is why it’s a 4 and not 5

Long wait past appointment time. Great talent but overpriced. Pedicure 30.00 will gel polish an extra 20 that is extremely overpriced. $20 for a polish that cost at the most $10 and will probably be used 10+times. That could be considered ripping off the customer, the service is not different than regular instead of putting your hand in front of fan between coats you put it under a lamp. I wonder what the cost would be if you brought your own? Where is a price list prior to services so not sticker shocked after.
