Had a wonderful experience! It was very relaxing. I have issues with muscle tension and knots in my upper back and shoulders and Mary did a great job of working on those and it didn’t leave me extremely sore the next day (like has happened with other massages at other places in the past). I will be back!

This was my very first professional massage, so I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Mary was was very good at making me feel comfortable before I even got on the table. The atmosphere in the space was perfect; warm, low light, neutral tones, lavender aroma, and a body length heating pad, which was GREAT for a cold winter day. Within minutes I felt relaxed. She clearly knows her stuff in regards to finding different areas of tension and working those out – checking in now and then to make sure the pressure wasn’t too much. I already can’t wait to go back, and I definitely recommend Bergamot for anyone in need of some TLC!
