Great massage and facial. I also got a foot scrub treatment that was so relaxing . Enjoyed the sauna and hottub. The robes are nice and comfy, and there was lots of nice seating to set out and enjoy the views while waiting on your service. The rock salt room is great also.

No one else touches my face. I saw her beautiful, porcelain skin and I said, “I want to look just like her.” Well, countless facials, serums, night creams, talks, and laughs later I LOVE my skin! It’s her knowledge of the products, her customization for each client, her professionalism and the attention to detail. She provides more than a service. When you leave your face is glowing, but your soul is filled. She empowers women daily and encourages you to live your most authentic self; to be comfortable in who you are, yet have faith in who you are becoming. She is truly beautiful from the inside out, and her joyful presence radiates throughout the spa. Here she is a leader and mentor, and it resonates throughout the culture of the spa. I have received nothing but top class customer service, from greetings at checkin to the moment I leave. Bergamos is a whole experience. Not to mention the most sought after services (which are the best this side of the Atlantic) and most amazing food (the Bistro has never failed me), but the worldly design and detailed aesthetics make this the most beautiful atmosphere to relax and renew…..mind, body, and spirit. I was hesitant to book here because of the negative experiences from others. But I’m so grateful that I did. After a couples massage, we both feel relaxed, energized, and happy – everything that you should expect to feel after a spa experience. Everyone was professional and courteous. The facilities were spotless and I would definitely go back to try the Salt Room.

I really enjoyed the spa pedicure. It was very relaxing and the pedicurist was excellent! The front desk could be friendlier. I used a gift card and they made me stand there quite a while so they could double check the amount on the gift card like they didn’t trust me, although I had already given them all the gift card info when I booked. That was a bit insulting. I would go again, now that I understand their services and how they operate better.

My husband surprised with a day at the spa for our 26th anniversary. First, let me just say I’ve tried so many spas from living abroad to living in different cities in U.S., and I have to tell you Ethan gave me the best massage I’ve ever had in my lifetime. He worked magic on areas of discomfort on my lower back that I have been dealing with for months. At the end of the massage session, the only thing I have to complain about is that I wish i would have booked for a longer time. In addition, I did Hydrotherapy session and finish it off with a visit to the salt cave. However, I was not exactly sure how the salt cave worked. All I can say that is it is very noisy and not at all what I was expecting. I wish they offered headphones that played relaxing music to canceled out the noisy machine they were using inside the salt cave. Overall, I left feeling relaxed and like the world had been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Enjoyed my massage and my brunch, but wish they checked on my friend and I more prior to our treatments. Also I’m use to complimentary drinks and snacks prior to service, but it wasn’t included. Outside of those I really enjoyed the facilities and would visit again.
