Just got a regular pedi and dip powder mani. They did a great job! I’ve had the same combo take up to 3 hours at another salon, but they had me in-and-out in under 90 minutes. Both my toes and fingers look lovely! The technicians were quick but thorough, and meticulous in their work. And it was very affordable. The only thing missing was lotion on my hands at the end. This was my first time at Ben’s but I will return.

Critical: QualityI used to love this place… they gave great leg and foot massages and did quality work. But last time I was there (early April 2021) the man who did my pedicure was very apathetic and ended up cutting my toes, once with the clippers so they bled, then with his fingernail he sliced the side of my big toe as he was wiping excess polish.
