The lady was nice and courteous but respectfully, I was not satisfied with the cut. I paid for my cut and I tipped her 3 dollars because I didn’t want to cause a scene or make her feel bad but I would not come back here or recommend this place to anyone looking to get the simple trim and taper that I asked for. Still, I wish them the best of luck and a happy new year.

Today I signed up to get a haircut for my son with Rosie. The lady to her right told me I was next and I wasn’t. Rosie had another client. I asked the lady to her right why she told me I was next and she didnt even apologize. I will never return. I also got my haircut there. She lost two customers and a bad review. Horrible customer service!

Horrible personal experience. The first and only time I have gone. Te wait was too long and the cut I got was embarrassing. I don’t know if it was a first timer or if she just sucked. I had some short hair in places and long in other places. I had to get it fixed somewhere else.
