I tried to book here first but they were completely full so I decided to give Rio Wax a try. Epic fail. I can’t even believe how horrible my brows and the tint looked. I walked out in tears and headed straight for Ulta to see if they could help me do ANYTHING to fix it! Jordan was so helpful and made my brows look amazing again. I just wanted her to try and get some of the tint off but she sat me down and tweezed my brows back into shape. I could not have been more thankful for her kindness in between her already busy schedule. Jordan is the only one who I’ll let touch my brows from now on! You have a customer for life!
