I went in to Ulta tonight with my grandmother. We shop here pretty frequently and have grown accustomed to the general lack of service since the pandemic. Usually we wonder around and try to figure out what will meet our needs on our own. This evening, however, we were gleefully surprised to be helped by a delightfully wonderful employee, Erin. She was incredibly knowledgeable of products across the store and knew where to find everything. Erin was able to help us with make up, perfume, hair care, skin care, etc. She even stayed late to ensure we got every last item needed and all of our questions answered.
