Got my brows threaded for the first time by Summer last week and she was great! I’ve never had my brows done in general and she made it a great experience! 5 star brow wax by Summer! Did a nice job cleaning up my overgrown brows. She has a very light tough, and I felt next to nothing when she pulled the wax strips. Her station is probably the most private one at the brow bar, if you are feeling a little self conscious about getting waxed in the middle of a Macy’s. Heads up: they can only accept tips in cash!

I went to get my eyebrows done and the person that waxed my eyebrows was named summer. She maybe my eyebrows tinnier when I specifically told her I like them thicker and it would just be a clean up. There’s also an indent in my brows that wasn’t there before, it looks like she accidentally cut a paste off. They are also uneven. I pointed it out to her and she said she would fix it and she didn’t fix it. I was tired after a long day so I payed and went home. I have never been so upset and unsatisfied. I wouldn’t normal complain but my eyebrows are on my face and now I have to wait for them to grow out. I am very upset and angry. Terrible
