Took my daughter in for an eyebrow waxing, we saw a (new) person, we’ve never seen before, Jazmine. As she started my daughters eyebrows, another employee came over to ask for help finding a product. After she applied hot wax to my daughters face, she walked away to help this person, leaving my daughter sitting with wax on her face. I will note that I’ve never had a bad experience here before, now I know I just won’t be booking with this person again. I would recommend Emily if making an appointment.

Ive been coming here 10 years. I’ve ALWAYS preferred the way they wax brows over European wax. It feels a little more awkward because your sitting at a makeup counter but it’s so worth it. They have really quality estheticians and hardly ever a wait. And they don’t try to triple the cost of your service by upselling products. Really Love it here will never go anywhere else.
