I went to my brow Wax appointment on Sunday and nobody from their staff was there to do it and I waited for 40 minutes and no one showed up. I asked the nearby cosmetic counter about it and they said no one showed up the day before either and in fact the girl that was to Wax my brows doesn’t work there anymore. Did I know that? No I didn’t. One other time I went the girl that was to do it didn’t work there anymore and I had to reschedule. My time, my gas was a waste of time. No one answers the corporate office phone either. OUTRAGEOUS.

I see Diane at the Benefit Brow Bar and she is amazing. I have been seeing her for years now. I even followed her from her previous bar in Rocklin. I will literally follow her any where she is that amazing. She has done wonders with my eyebrows. They have great shape now. Every time I go it is always a wonderful experience. She never disappoints. I hate going to the mall but it is worth going just to have her do my eyebrows.
