Becca, my arch expert is fantastic! She worked her magic on my severely neglected brows and got rid of that yucky hair above my lip while I relaxed with an under eye mask on. 10/10 would recommend Becca. She’s incredibly kind and easygoing. I had fun chatting with her. I asked her about a few brow products and then mascara and a primer. She gave her honest opinions about each product and recommended the correct shade. She’s very honest and not just trying to make a sale, there was a product I was interested in from ABH but they were out of my shade. I usually would have just grabbed the next closest shade because I’ve been wearing too dark and too warm of brow products without knowing! Lol Becca, pointed out a similar product that was in stock in my shade. That’s a great quality in a salesperson, to actually help you with the products best suited for you.

I was looking at skincare oils and other products at Ultra in Moorpark. The store was busy and I assumed I would have to return later. I was so surprised and grateful that Becca saw me and immediately started to help me. She was very knowledgeable and even wrote down how and when to use products. My skin is glowing!
