It was two years since I last did my brows professionally so I was a bit nervous but the esthetician Melissa was amazing, and welcoming!!! She explained everything to me and showed me how my brows would look before we started waxing to make sure everything was to my liking. She made me feel so comfortable! My experience here was horrible!! As i was leaving one of the workers ran after me and accused me of stealing!! When i took her to where id left the mascara she didint even apolagize!! I was so emberassed to get accused for no reason infront of everyone im never going here again! i suggest you dont either,if you dont want to be treated like a criminal i swear they were watching me like a hawk.
