I go here to get my brows done every two weeks for the past 2 years or so, and I also buy all my skin care here. The staff is very friendly, the store is always clean, and Stormy is the best brow expert I’ve ever visited, she is the only person I will let do my brows because they’re always perfect, and I leave feeling beautiful every time. I have been going to Ulta’s for years and never have I had as much of an enjoyable trip as this one. I made an appointment and came in to get my brows waxed and tinted. This was a new thing for me and Stormy was pleasant, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about al of the products. I will definitely return to see her again. She is the shining star of Ulta and if you ever need anything ask for her. She is the shining star of the store and they need to give her a raise for how hard she works!!! I had tried to get help from a couple other employees after getting my brows done and they couldn’t be bothered and just kept talking to other employees and ignoring me. Stormy was kind enough to help me even though she had another appointment coming in soon. Will be back but only for her. 10/10 stars for Stormy, 3/10 for the rest of the store.
