I went to Ulta today, I won’t lie I’m a Sephora girl but this new location is close to work and home so I decided to try it out. I was browsing around and I needed a few specific things some eye liner and I’m a fiercely loyal Kat Von D liner fan which Ulta doesn’t carry so I didn’t get any, however I was also looking for some brow help. I was browsing close to the benefit brow bar and that’s when I met Karena. What a delight. This 5 Star rating is actually 100% about her. She was with a customer but quickly greeted me and offered to help me as soon as she was done. I browsed while she finished. I ended up getting my brows mapped, waxed, and styled by her. She was so nice and professional and just super friendly and comfortable. She explained everything she was doing in detail. I felt calm secure and comfortable in her very capable hands. She was extremely gentle and asked me multiple times how my skin was feeling. I have to say my brows have never looked better and she didn’t just sell me a bunch of stuff. She showed me everything she used and suggested what I needed to get started and what I could add later. I never do google reviews but I wanted to share that if you need brow attention in anyway give Karena at Ulta Prosper a try. The service was only 21$ and they will be adding Tenting services very soon. It was more than worth the price! My brows look dramatic but natural, less angry and fake but still poppin y’all!! Thanks so much Karena, I’ll be seeing you soon girl!!

Amen for Ayman! He did everything for my brows! He listened and helped me to find EXACTLY what I was looking for without pressuring me into the most expensive product like most cosmetic counters. He gave me variety and direction. I ended up going with a MAC product and it was so worth it. I will be sending all of my clients his way for anything makeup related!

My daughter and I had a fabulous experience at Ulta Salon in Prosper today. Lisa was amazing, she took the time to understand that what I wanted was not necessarily what I was requesting. As a result I didn’t lose my length and walked out with fabulously healthy looking hair. The color she chose for my hair was spot on and the cut was exactly what I wanted. She was also very friendly and personable. I will definitely be going back.
