Friendly service and my appointment was on time. However, I am disappointed with the results of my eyebrow waxing. I had asked for a “clean up of my eyebrows” and “some shaping” of my brows prior to the wax. My eyebrows are now very thin and look very different from my natural eyebrows. I am upset about the final appearance of my eyebrows, despite my instructions stating I wanted more of a clean up and prefer having thicker brows. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be returning.
