She supposed to been a specialist on eyebrows shaping, tining and so on, I used Ulta for years in Florida, the one in oak ridge well she acted like she didn’t know what she was doing, I told her what I needed, but she kept asking me questions you supposed to be the specialist my eyebrows did not get tint right, one was different than the other after she wax & shaped, I also got face waxed & wax was left on my face I was so disappointed so now I am on the search for a eyebrow specialist person in the state of Tennessee
