Absolutely horrible. Ledy destroyed my eyebrows. I asked for shaping, cleanup up and for the brows to match as much as possible. Not only did they not even remotely come close to matching, she removed way too much of one brow only to claim that there were only 2 hairs that she waxed from that area. Another worker there stated that it was very obvious that too much was waxed/tweezed off. To try and remedy the situation Ledy said she could fill it in. Fill in what?? Terrible experience.
