I was a little nervous going into my appointment at the Benefit Brow Bar because it has been years since I have my eyebrows professionally done. Last time I did, I wound up with half my eyebrow gone so I’m scarred to say the least. Another reason I was apprehensive was due to the multitude of unsatisfied comments regarding last minute cancellations, being on time for an appointment and a tech not being there, but I am MORE THAN PLEASED to say that was not the case for me. I arrived and was immediately greeted by Ulta employees, these girls were fresh faced and energetic. It didn’t stop there. My “Arch Expert” Tivona was AMAZING. Her energy, her tips/tricks, her conversation, and not to mention her own eyebrows were perfect, got me completely relaxed and in the mood to expect great things from my appointment. I booked a Brow Tint & Wax and I am in no way shape or form disappointed. I did explain to her that my skin is naturally extremely sensitive so she took that information and was very careful about my skin/brows; she took extra steps to calm my skin and not overly irritate it. I’m over the moon at how good my brows look!!!! I’ve been doing my own eyebrows for years now and growing them out, but there’s something so relaxing when someone else can do them for you. I’m so glad I put my trust in Ulta’s Pinecrest location and even happier that I found Tivona. Thanks for the amazing brows, love!!!!
