Kelsey is absolutely amazing! When I moved to Wilmington in 2021 I was so scared for my eyebrows and finding someone that was good. Absolutely amazed how my brows look now!! I had long curly eyebrow hairs and the lamination service completely tamed them and now they don’t budge at all! I have perfect brows without having to put any make up on!! Definitely would recommend getting a tint as well with the lamination! The tint made all my light brow hairs appear which made my brows look fuller!!
