Positive: Professionalism, QualityAngie is impeccable at what she does. I moved here from out of state and had previously used the same lady for my eyebrows for the past eight years. I was really nervous to say the least to find a new person. She has easily sealed her spot as my person for taming my wild eyebrows. While her skills are impressive and appreciated, her customer service and kindness rank much higher to me. She is beyond caring and thoughtful. I am a mom of two toddlers under four so 99% of the time I have at least one of them. The last time I went I was out running errands by myself on a Saturday. When my oldest does go, he loves sitting in the chair next to me and chatting with Angie and other staff and drawing while he waits for me to be finished. When I walked in by myself she said “Hi” and asked where he was before I even sat down, when I sat down I saw a piece of paper and a pen waiting on Ford. I am impressed by her every time I visit, but that sent my appreciation and respect for her over the moon. Her energy is so calming and the conversation is great every time I am there. I am so thankful for her, her kindness and her excitement about my boy. I am always a little nervous about him coming because he is a high energy, interested in everything boy and having that paper ready showed me that she loves his energy and excitement about being there. Her comments about him following me telling her she didn’t come were so thoughtful and kind.
