Completely awesome Rhithany! I have been a benefit brow girl for 10+ years. Becky Patterson was my brow professional at the Short Pump Ulta until Covid, and she ventured off on her own where I followed her. However, she recently left the area but God has blessed me with a replacement! Never in a million years did I ever think I would find anyone as good as Becky who has been doing my brows for 10+ years! I thought I would have to settle for good enough. I went in and scheduled an appointment for an eyelash application on my birthday. I scheduled the day before, and the brow expert accepted an appointment knowing that she was the only one that would come in the next day. She called out on my birthday, cancelling my appointment.
