Went in to Ulta for hair products and inquired about eyebrow lamination and ended up getting my eyebrows waxed. Which I haven’t done in over 6yrs because it was to painful and I always swell up after it’s done. Well big up to Kelly because she was so pleasant and gentle. Very informative about what she was doing and made me feel good about the whole process. There was no swelling and it wasn’t painful.I left feeling pretty and I’ll definitely be getting my brows done on the regular. Kelly your the best!!.
