I was able to successfully book a brow tint appointment online a day before my vacation, only to be told once I arrived that they do not do brow tints in New Jersey. Nobody in the store knew what was going on and I barely got an apology, only an offer for a wax instead (as if they’re interchangeable?). Luckily I was able to get a last minute appointment with my real salon. Not even coming back to Ulta for cosmetics – there’s a perfectly fine Sephora down the road.

She truly takes the time to map out each brow and make sure you love your brows at the end.
