The brow lady was nice and she explained what she was doing I told her I wanted to clean my brows and maybe fill them in an she said no problem. She drew on what she was going to wax and went on. When she showed me what she did I was unpleased my brow looked the same as if she hadn’t just wax them. I tried telling her to take more off and she tweezed just a little and said that that’s how they look thicker. I know how my brows are supposed to look an that wasn’t it. And her way of filling them in was to run the pencil through my brow here and there. I was so upset. I’m never doing this again

Nice space. Set up on shelves is kinda annoying. The display tags are not lined up with actual product. So basically u have to hunt for what u actually want. And the way shelves are built(too deep set)makes it very hard to even see items. Pray u wont need anything on bottom shelf. U will end up either squatting or kneeling on floor to even get product. Amount of space for brow bar is nice tho.

I am really upset with the experience I had last night at the brow bar. I went in for a brow wax and I was very explicit with the girl to leave my eyebrows thick and just to clean it up a little bit. When she had finished my brows, I noticed that she had also filled them in a little. I didn’t ask for her to fill them in and I even told her before she started that I don’t ever fill my eyebrows in, but I thought she was being nice and trying to give me good service. It was when I got home and washed my face, I saw how much hair she actually took off my eyebrows when she was waxing and even noticed some uneven spots in my eyebrows. I was so upset at how my eyebrows actually came out once I washed off the makeup she put on. The fact that she filled them in before I got a chance to actually look at the results made it feel like she was trying to hide the fact that she made them too thin and that there were uneven spots. The thing I’m most upset about is that I would have purchased an eyebrow pencil for myself while I was at the store if I had known how they actually turned out, but since I didn’t get to see the full results, I couldn’t do so. Now I’m left with terribly thin eyebrows and no eyebrow pencil to fix them myself. Very disappointed.
