I have always gone to Benefit Southport for waxing. They not only use the only wax that doesn’t make me break out, but they have the friendliest and most helpful women who work there! THEY are the primary reason I am a repeat customer! Today I had Noelle do my lip/brow wax and brow tint. She went above and beyond to make my brows perfect, and to help me find additional products I was on the hunt for! You can tell she loves the clients that come in and she genuinely loves her job! If you are not certain who you would like to use when making an appointment, choose Noelle. She won’t steer you wrong!

Anne Marie is the absolute best. She welcomed me with open arms and made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t make an appointment for that morning, but she had time and therefore made my experience very pleasant. She outlined my eyebrows and only waxed what needed to be removed. That’s a big difference from the usual threading I used to get and we all know they take too much off. I am so glad I went to Benefit that day and met her. She’s my new girl and I’m sure I’ll stop by just to say hi even if I don’t plan on purchasing anything that day. Thank you so much Anne Marie! ❤️❤️❤️

I got a brow lamination at benefit on Southport and had the best experience! Noel was awesome and did such a great job. It was my first time and she walked me through the entire process and gave me everything I needed to make my brows last as long as possible. She was also so fun to hang out with throughout the appointment!! I love the results and can’t wait to come back next time.

I came here a few days ago with a brow wax appointment and an interest in brow lamination. Ayana was quick to answer all my questions and had available time to switch my appointment so that i could do the lamination. My brows have NEVER looked better. On top of a wonderful service, the atmosphere inside of the store is always warm and welcoming. Everyone that works here is quick to talk to you and see how your day is going. It makes every service go by extremely fast! I definitely recommend coming here if you are looking to get your eyebrows waxed or laminated, have questions about brow care, or need products to spruce up your look in the Chicago area!

Was super excited to get my eyebrows laminated here. As it’s a service where the aesthetician is close up, I asked her if she’d wear a mask. She said she wasn’t required to. I told her that I was asking because I am a recent cancer survivor. She still refused and said no. It sucks to have to put a lot of things on hold because of the pandemic. But it’s especially painful to have someone flat out refuse to protect you for their personal comfort. Will never set foot in a Benefit again or buy their products.

I have gotten around 6 or 7 spray tans at this location and they always turn out great! The estheticians are always friendly, professional and quick. The tan is always even and most importantly, they make me feel comfortable during a vulnerable process. Also love the playlists inside the store <3
