I’ve traveled to the valley for the last 5 years to get my hair done because of the quality of service I wanted for my blonde hair. I saw Anna and can easily say I have finally found someone local to see instead of making the 3 hour drive! She is easy to talk to, so welcoming, and passionate about her work. And she really knows her stuff! I cannot say enough good things about this salon, so cute and so talented!! I’ve traveled to the valley for the last 5 years to get my hair done because of the quality of service I wanted for my blonde hair. I saw Anna and can easily say I have finally found someone local to see instead of making the 3 hour drive! She is easy to talk to, so welcoming, and passionate about her work. And she really knows her stuff! I am so happy to have someone local with the same quality (maybe even better) as you can find in Portland.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityIncredibly unprofessional. After booking a consultation, that Tori was ten minutes late for we scheduled an appointment for a week out. Well the night before my appointment she sent this message. Tori knew she was not going to do my hair the day of my consultation, and instead of being professional about it. She said “yay I’m so excited, see you Friday”. Completely wasting my time. I would have gladly spent that week finding a stylist that not only wants to do my hair, but has the skills to do so. Honestly if Tori had been professional and mature enough to say “I don’t want to do your hair” or “I’m not comfortable doing on scalp bleach” the day I came in for my consultation, That would have been the end of it, no hurt feelings.I do not recommend going to this salon, especially booking services with Tori.Response to the owner:Oh.. now we’re gonna lie about the services I had booked?I have only had my hair professionally done in the past ten years. There is absolutely no color correction that needs to be done. And I will gladly post pictures of my beautifully long, healthy, and incredibly blonde hair. I simply needed my roots to be lightened (I’m naturally very blonde, very little work needed to be done and I’m an incredibly fast lifter. Ten minutes max. ), an all over tone and cut. You and your employees need to take accountability for you bad service, and being unprofessional. Of course tori has the right to choose her clients.
