It was a fine experience however my nails are weren’t dried I asked for them to be dried got told no that only “Gel” get dried. my nails are ruined from being asked to pay while I was waiting for my nails to dry he wasted now 40$ on an acrylic set with regular nail polish that looks awful and wasn’t shaped correctly. the pedicure was good and pleasant I’m just frustrated of a waste of time on nails and money for them to not even turn out good and to be coming off. A waste I wish I could get my money back, website and MENU says 25$ acrylic nails 5$ shape… that’s what I got charged 40$ for it? With no other addings?

This was my first time going to this salon, the workers were nice and did their jobs well, but the pedicures felt rushed. I’ve been getting dip nails with long tips at many different nail salons for years now, and I’ve never had a problem with nail breakage, I came in on saturday for my services and on Sunday night my thumbnail broke in half. Being only a day old, it should not have broken off like that, I’ve had fake nails last me a whole month and they still wouldnt break on me, even with strain on them. I wasnt doing any heavy lifting and it didnt get caught on anything, I would’ve noticed a break like this if it were caused by something that was my fault. The nail shape and color are really nice and what I asked for, but the product was too thin on the nail, and led to it snapping off.

I get acrylic fill on my toes and that price is not listed so depending on who is working is what they charge me, twice they have charged me 40$ for a fill which is ridiculous on its own but usually it’s 35 and they refuse to even address or acknowledge it. They are unprofessional and I will say you sheer a sheep for life you can only skin it once. I won’t be back but if you decide to go then please check the prices up front and use your card so if they try and charge more 3 weeks later you can prove them what they charged. Scammers!

*PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING DESIGNS* I want to stary this by saying i work a desk job, i am not by any means rough on my hands. I have been going here for nearly a year. Everyone is extremely nice, but Tammy in particular is amazing and so gentle. However, every time I get a design with art, it always gives me issues. There’s one girl in particular that does their art and ombre, and every time I get a design, the nails chip, break or lift immediately. I stopped going for months because she had damaged my nails to the point where when I had the nails taken off, my nail beds HURT and every time I washed my hands with even warm water they would burn. After letting them heal I started going back, I had a mostly great experience till I got my nails for my wedding. The day after (my wedding day), the design started peeling off in chunks. I had also repeatedly asked her to cut cut them shorter, that i wanted just a little bit longer than my natural nails. After the 4th time i gave up. I was unable to go in until Tuesday to have them fixed, and the guy looked at the chipping, peeling and cracking and said “there’s no chips.” His solution to the problem was so just top coat them again. So now I’m left with cracked and chipped nails that I paid over $100 for. I’m so disappointed and unfortunately will not be back even though most everyone has been great. I’ve attached pictures of the chips, Crack, the “fix” which is just as bad as before on my left pointer finger, the length I was given and the damage done to my nails a few months back by the same girl.

This used to be my nail shop, the actual nail techs are good but most nail shops offer you a drink and start the water for a pedicure immediately so that even if you have to wait you get to relax while waiting. I an no longer a customer because at my last visit I signed in and two other women signed in after me. The 2 other women were both walk-ins just like I was. They were seated after me but pedicure techs were assigned to them, brought them drinks, and started their pedicures before anyone came to even check on me. NOT COOL at all.

This is the worst nail shop I have ever been too, I just don’t see how they still in business.. they are rude nd don’t know how to do nails as requested but lie say they do nd doesn’t come out like the picture nd they can’t do feet cuz I shouldn’t be walking out the nail shop with nails on my toes still nd wen u tell them they say this how it suppose be nd I just spend $130 in here so how u gone tell me nd I have been getting my nails done for 10 plus years. Pretty expensive for mani & pedi & the nail polish they used did not last me but 2 weeks on both my acrylics & pedicure plus they were pretty pushy & rushed, white settlement & lake worth area is way cheaper & better Pedicure, Acrylic nails
