I went here to get nail polish design I found from online and they totally not only didn’t do to design properly but added sparkles that I didn’t ask for or were pictured. They also did not file them correctly and I had to tell the manicurist to file them correctly. All my nails are different lengths and they look done by an amateur.

I came here two times. The first time was very good, nails were done perfectly, got lotion put all down my arms and hands, also a hot rag was placed on my hands, all together good experience. The next time I came(nails pictured) the man was rushed, nicked my fingers with the drill multiple times, no lotion or hot rag, seemed very rushed. The next day the paint on my nails started chipping and peeling off. Very disappointed.

The entire staff is excellent! Very friendly, they do great work and they always do their best to accommodate their customers. I have always enjoyed my experience and service from Bemidji Nails! My daughter frequently refers to Andy as ‘her guy’ that does excellent colorful and well shaped nails! He even gave her a hug when she left for college. They appreciate their customers and their loyal customers appreciate them!

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThis is the worst I have ever gotten my nails done at a salon before. It was my first time here and I got gel on my natural nails. They person that did them did not know how to file a simple almond tip. I had to make them redo multiple nails multiple time and they still ended up terrible. The whole process made me anxious because they did not know what they were doing and I didn’t want ugly nails. But I still got messy paint, uneven filing, for overall ugly nails:( I am very disappointed. I wanted some nail art as well. They did one nail and I made them take it off because it was baddddd. Also they reuse cuticle clippers and etc, not sanitary. They person that did them did not know how to file a simple almond tip. I had to make them redo multiple nails multiple time and they still ended up terrible. I went here to get my nails done for a wedding and it was a TERRIBLE experience. I made the appointment 6 weeks in advanced so my party of 3 could all be done together at 10:30. The first person was called at 11:15 and the other two of us had to wait. When we finally sat down the technicians were rude and rushed. All 3 of us walked out with cuts and scrapes on the sides of our nails. One of us had such a bad cut it was bleeding down her hand. We were worried about infections the entire time. I will never be back and would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I booked an appt for 11:30am to get a set of acrylics. I waited for about 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled appt time and 2 women walked in. They sat down for maybe 5 minutes and were helped by a female technician and got sent back to get their nails done. Needless to say, I walked out and I won’t be back.
