On yesterday, I booked an appointment with the receptionist for Barber Danny for today at 2pm and I spoke with him on the phone as well. Today, I arrived at 1:50 pm and checked in and waited for my appointment time. At 2:20 pm, I was told by the receptionist that Danny doesn’t remember booking me an appointment for today and that I would have to wait until he finish with two other appointments. This was unprofessional and disappointing. The receptionist apologized several times and I appreciate her transparency and sincere apology. When I was writing this review she called me to rectify the matter but I was already back home. This review and one star is for the Barber Danny!

I’ve been walking-in here and seeing different barbers for about 9 months. I liked my last haircut and beard trim with Danny so much I scheduled an appointment with him. At the appointment time he walked in the shop and sat someone else in the chair. The young woman up front and I talked about the appointment system and she told me to talk to Danny. Danny seemed to know I was the appointment but told me I had next. After a short discussion he shrugged his shoulders and pointed out the other customers he had waiting. Overall good barbers and a good atmosphere. This was my first bad experience.

The Hispanic barber had his child in the shop, which isnt a problem, but the child did run around the whole time and play. It was unprofessional, but as long as the cut was okay is what mattered. I asked the barber to give me a skin to a taper cut, but the barber didnt shave my hair down to bald at the bottom like I’d asked. All n all the haircut was good. I would go back again.

At first when I was getting my haircut it was pretty good. but I should’ve noticed that the barber forgot to disinfect his equipment. because he went a little too hard and broke through my skin causing a visible line on the back of my head.
