Started coming here a few years ago on my son’s recommendation. Glad I did! Old school barbershop feel, relaxed atmosphere, tunes and whiskey! New ownership has been great for the feel of this place. When my barber retired, Evan stepped in and has been fantastic. He’s easy going, professional and consistently does a great job. In fact the entire staff seems to operate this way! Highly recommend this shop!

Best place in South Bend to get a haircut. They go above and beyond, providing great work and a great environment. Every time I go in there is some new, cool thing they have for customers (new video game table last time I went in). I always go to Evan, and after a couple times going there, he had my cut memorized. He always knows exactly what to do and I’m always 100% happy with it.

Great vibe and barber aesthetic. If you are a man you owe it to yourself to stop going to Great Clips and start going to a real barber, and Beltran has got you covered. If you can land an appointment with Beltran himself, you are in for a stellar haircut (the other barbers are good too). Went here consistently for several years when I lived nearby and frequently brought my friends in for haircuts. Easy to recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of Evan being my barber at Beltran’s for the last 3-4 years now and I couldn’t ask for a better guy. He’s consistent, friendly, and knows his stuff. I go to Beltran Barber to get my beard trimmed about once a month or so. Evan is the man when it comes to making me look stylish and clean. He is a super nice dude and is always making me laugh.
