Absolutely love the service!!! The ladies here are very cool and detailed. I am always happy with my lashes after each service and the days after. Their natural looking or thick cluster lash set is amazing. The ladies here really take their time to make sure you are very comfortable and satisfied with you’re look. Also, they’re very flexible with appointments and walk-ins.

So I went inwith major bush brows. They were super thick since I had messed up the shape during my upkeep plucking and I was forced to let them grow back. I love the shape of my eyebrows but they are slightly uneven close to the bridge of my nose. You can’t really notice it when unless you are studying my face closely but like I said the stylist was working with a lot and she did an awesome job. I wish I got her name because she is by far my favorite.

Awful experience. I only came here because I saw great reviews online. I never got my eyebrows threaded before and the person who did them was either Indian or Pakistani. She kept telling me to “pull” which I had no clue what that meant and got annoyed and smacked her lips when I couldn’t position my hands right. She even grabbed my hands and moved them to how she wanted them positioned. She assumed I knew some Indian language just by my appearance and had barely spoke any English after that. I will say my eyebrows look decent but they need to work on their customer service A LOT. All they did was thread no reshaping or trimming. Just straight threading. Never coming here again.

Ive been here a couple of times and always a great experience. Today I go in and it was a different lady than I normally saw and didn’t think anything of it. I asked for my eyebrows and lip to be waxed she could barely understand me and wanted to thread them but I didn’t want them threaded. She did fine on my brows just not amazing like I normally get but when she went to my lip she re applied the wax twice to one side after I told her not to. Now I have a welp forming and she told me I had that before hand. I’m pretty dang sure that I would know if that was there before. And then she proceeded to argue with me about how she did the service. And that she did not wax twice. I’m so upset because this weekend is my babyshower and now I Have a welp on my lip and the swelling has not gone down at all .

Horrible with lashes too much glue for one and for 2 they are thrown on… eyelash extensions should be individually put on..and if done properly they look like your lashes not something you get out of the package… just horrible
