Chelsea was amazing! Scheduling was very easy and convenient. I didn’t know exactly how to tell her what I wanted but she’s such a professional that she knew exactly what I wanted. She even educated me on what went wrong with a previous appointment I had with a different stylist at a different salon and had it fixed and styled in less than an hour!! I called to get a rescue appointment. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and was able to find an appointment quickly with someone who understands curly and thin hair. After reviewing the reviews on Google and Yelp, I decided to schedule an appointment with Chelsea. I recently had shoulder surgery and needed a haircut that I could style one handed. Chelsea was ready for me right on time and listen to my idea of what I wanted to have done to my hair and what I didn’t want to have done. She gave me a great haircut and ideas on styling to make it easier for me over the next few months. I would highly recommend her for anyone that needs a good cut from a hairdresser that cares about their client.

Heidi is awesome and really listened to my concerns. I have very fine, straight, slow-growing hair and my stylist abruptly relocated to Hawaii. I spent a ridiculous amount of time searching for someone in Vancouver who could do foils/color and cut as well as former stylist. Heidi did an amazing job of both. I highly recommend her and the Bellus Salon.

Went in for an appointment today for Hilary, but could not been seen, even though I got constant reminders for the appointment, my name was not in the system for an appointment. Very disappointing. However, they did offer another appointment, but as a customer, I should not have to move around my schedule for their problem.
